Your privacy and happiness is very important to us. As a result, we deliver all of our orders in 100% discreet packaging and strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.  We offer multiple courier options including FedEx, USPS, and UPS. 

Orders placed before 10am EST on Monday through Friday are shipped the same day

Non-rush orders placed after 10am EST on Sunday through Thursday will ship the next day

Rush orders (express or overnight) placed M-F as late as 4PM EST will be shipped that day, and can only be guaranteed if the order is placed over the phone (call 1-800-918-6308)

Rush orders (express or overnight) placed after Friday at 4PM EST and on Saturdays will ship on Monday (except holidays)

Priority, Express, and Overnight shipping options all deliver on Saturdays (contiguous US)

We may have one additional day processing time for Asian or rural addresses, as couriers have a lot of difficulty delivering packages to these locations.  Depending on your country, and the sensitive nature of our products, orders may also have trouble making it through customs. 

International orders may also be subject to import duties or taxes. We have no way of knowing before hand the border crossing fees and taxes.  As a result we assume no responsibility for these fees and we recommend customers call their local border authorities before placing an order to inquire as to any possible fees.

Customers are responsible for all applicable laws and legal regulations of the country to which their order is shipped too.  We are not liable or responsible for customers who break these laws.

For these reasons we reserve the right to cancel any order and provide a full refund.


Simple brown boxes and plain envelopes are used for all deliveries.  The shipping labels and return address are for our warehouse addresses and do not indicate the contents or origin.  All billing is done under our anonymous company name MBS Retail Ltd. (For North American customers the credit card line may show as either "MBS Retail Ltd." or "SP International Ltd.")



Free tracking is included for all order placed in the United States and Canada.  FedEx, USPS, and UPS.  Within 12-48 business hours of placing your order you’ll receive and email including your tracking details and status of your order. 

There are multiple ways to track your order.

Then just enter your tracking number for the order, which you've received in your email, and voila, all of your tracking information will be here.

Returns Policy

We completely understand that ordering online can be a little bit tricky. Because of that, we have done our best to provide you with accurate pictures and detailed descriptions. The measurements that we show you are provided to us from their manufacturers and may vary slightly. We expect that you take the time to research your products before purchasing since we are not able to offer satisfaction guarantees.

If you have ANY questions regarding the size or performance of your toy, please contact our very friendly and knowledgeable Care staff either by phone, email or chat. We appreciate your understanding that due to the discreet, sensitive and hygienic nature of our products we do not accept returns, however, we do have some exceptions such as:

Manufacturer Defectives (must be reported within 30 days)

  • - In the event that you receive a defective item out of the box, please email and include your order # and defect description.
  • - Once we establish a defective product, we will offer you a Simpli Pleasure gift card for the full value of your item to be used towards any future purchase on This unique gift card can be used towards any item(s) on our site, even over multiple transactions and will never expire.
  • - After 30 days please refer to the *manufacturer’s warranty list.
  • - We do not request that the item be returned unless further communicated from our returns department. It is at the discretion of Simpli Pleasure to request proof via digital photo of damaged or defective item.
  • - Once investigated and justified, we will correspond. If the item warrants being returned you must return it via UPS or USPS.

This policy is for unused defective items only. We do not accept items ordered incorrectly or that have been utilized due to the nature of such products.

*A manufacturer’s warranty offers more extensive product warranties when you register with them and are included with many products. Products that are defective after the 30-day return period, and within the manufacturer’s warranty period, should be sent directly to the manufacturer with a copy of your receipt enclosed.


  • - These orders never made it to their destinations, the address was incorrect, or the package did not fit the receptacle.
  • - We will inspect these returns and if they are viable for resale we will credit.
  • - If products are not viable for resale due to damage from shipping errors no credit will be issued as we have to discard the product.

Wrong Item/Shortages (Must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order)

  • - If you receive the wrong order or an incorrect item please email with your order # and explain your issue.
  • - We will reship the correct items.


  • - We are not responsible for orders once they have left our warehouse.
  • - If there is a tracking #, then the order has been put on a skid and has left our building
  • - If the order does not make it to its destination or is late, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier and filing claim.

We typically provide four (sometimes more) measurements for our toys. 

Length: The vertical length of the toy from the two farthest reaching points

Insertable Length: The length of the toy designed to be safely inserted

Width (or diameter): The distance across the toys girth

Girth (or circumference): Our measure of a toys thickness, in circumference
