We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join the Simpli Pleasure Customer Service team based in Vancouver, Canada. This role will suit a highly motivated, well-organised individual with at least two years customer service experience in a call center environment. Due to the nature of our business, you will need a mature, positive attitude to sexual wellbeing. This is your chance to build a career with a fast-growing international company.
The role is extremely flexible and hours of work are negotiable. Our Warehouse is open from 5am to 6pm every day. Applications will be considered for those wishing to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) and those seeking part time hours. Please indicate the hours you wish to work clearly on your application.
Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will:
Provide the highest standard in Customer Service
Support the Simpli Pleasure team in achieving all of its goals
Manage and prioritize personal workloads effectively
Maintain knowledge of all Simpli Pleasure products
Be proactive in ensuring that the team delivers a high quality customer experience
Continuously seek to improve the customer experience
Positively support all changes and innovation that improves the customer experience
Be adaptable and flexible to ensure that customer expectations are always maintained
As a successful applicant you will have:

German and French speaking skills advantageous

Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, both written & oral
A high level (at least 2 years) of Customer Service experience, preferably in a call center style environment
Excellent PC skills, including experience of using database systems
Excellent administrative skills
